U12 2011

Many players played a great match last night. Dylan was our MVP. He was a giant on the field and showed how a defender should play: aggressively anticipating opponents passes, taking balls from the strikers, beating them on the run, shadowing them closely, don't letting them turn, positioning himself between the ball and our net, decisively taking the ball out of danger, giving his heart out for the team.
