Saturday Practice is 10:30AM-1PM
This Saturday afternoon several players and coaches and their families are running in the Ottawa Race Weekend, from 5K to the semi-marathon.
Therefore practice has been moved to 10:30AM to 1PM, at Britannia park.
Come and see us, and some real world class athletes at the fabulous Ottawa Race Weekend!
