Volunteer Duty
With many thanks to the volunteers,
- Know what field to report to (Blue Lightening Marshals report to Field OB2) - they DO NOT report to HQ except for 7:15am shift to pick-up florescent vests, package with field schedule and size 4/5 ball. Aim is reduce field marshalls coming to HQ
- IMPORTANT: check game sheets BEFORE they are returned to HQ - samples will be handed out
- RED CARDS Procedure: 1. Identify what it is for and suspension required 2. Go to team official and ensure they call it into Jane at HQ
- ALL FINAL SCORES should be text (or delivered in person) to Jane at 613 277 4946 or email janedennis@rogers.com or BBM 45678912
- NO SHOW REFS: If a referee has not appeared 10 minutes before game start - call OSMAN - Head Referee on 613 878 4733
- VOLUNTEER INQUIRIES - Kerry - 613 889 5666 c If you have not been assigned a duty - report to Kerry at HQ
**Small or not so small detail:
Our designated field is OBP2. We have been asked to put our nets up on OBP3, and our flags on OBP2.
